During the challenging times of the COVID-19 Delta outbreak at Chris O'Brien Lifehouse, a false positive test among our staff prompted immediate action to address potential concerns among our immunocompromised oncology patients and our team. In response to this critical situation, I spearheaded a project to create an informative video that demystified the occurrence of false positive COVID-19 tests. Collaborating with Professor Michael Boyer AM, we crafted a clear and concise message tailored for both patients and staff, ensuring they received accurate information to alleviate anxiety and maintain trust in our health protocols. My end-to-end production role encompassed all aspects of communication and videography, from initial concept through to final editing, to produce an educational and reassuring piece during a time of widespread uncertainty.
